    <p>Рассмотрены температурные условия и результаты зимовки производителей, инкубации икры севрюги и шипа в хозяйствах на отработанных теплых водах. Изученные показатели сопоставлены с аналогичными данными, полученными при содержании производителей из естественных популяций в низовьях реки Волга. У рассмотренных видов, при укороченной и комфортной «теплой» зимовке (для севрюги при 5-11, шипа – 3-15°С), зафиксировано увеличение продолжительности инкубации до суток и более по сравнению с особями из естественных популяций. Предложены температурные регламенты зимовки для производителей, инкубации и выдерживания свободных эмбрионов.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The temperature conditions and the results of wintering of producers, incubation of caviar of sevryuga and thorn in farms on waste warm waters are considered. The studied indicators are compared with similar data obtained when keeping producers from natural populations in the lower reaches of the Volga River. In the considered species, with a shortened and comfortable &quot;warm&quot; wintering (for sevryuga at 5-11, thorn – 3-15°C), an increase in the duration of incubation up to a day or more was recorded in comparison with individuals from natural populations. The temperature regulations of wintering for producers, incubation and maintenance of free embryos are proposed.</p>
