    <p>Показана необходимость ускоренной модернизации и цифровизации производств и систем управления рыбной отрасли России в концепте собственной цифровой экосистемы. Рыбная отрасль рассматривается в виде концерна – крупного актора национальной экономики, интегрированного в части производства про-дуктов питания в Индустрию 4.0 с переходом в Индустрию 5.0. Концептуально сформулированы видение и миссия отрасли, новые бизнес-модели и системы управления производственными процессами и социально экономическими системами.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The necessity of accelerated modernization and digitalization of production and management systems of the Rus-sian fishing industry in the concept of its own digital ecosystem is shown. The fishing industry is considered as a concern - a major actor of the national economy, integrated in terms of food production in Industry 4.0 with the transition to Industry 5.0. The vision and mission of the industry, new business models and management systems of production processes and socio-economic systems are conceptually formulated.</p>
