Abstract (English):
The influence of innovative hydrological developments on the chemical composition of muscle tissue of Clary catfish grown in a closed water supply system was studied. The use of feed and water with a modified molecular structure for growing Clary catfish had a positive effect on the development of fish muscle tissue.
